High CPU usage

If your CPU values constantly show 100% when you turn on your computer and do not drop, this problem may be caused by a corrupted file from Windows.

Copy and paste the following command, open the "Command manager" with Administrator privileges, and press enter.
You can open it by selecting Command Prompt (Admin) or Windows Terminal (Admin) with Win + x key.

Code:
scf /scannow

After doing this, restart your computer and check the CPU values again after 10-15 minutes.
The reason I gave this time is that the computer can use the CPU high at the beginning due to the first boot programs and the processes to be performed.
