Microsoft Compatibility Telemetry is a service that collects compatibility information about your system and sends it to Microsoft. However, it can sometimes use more of your processor power than it actually is.
You can turn off this unnecessary service immediately.
To do this, type Task scheduler in the search field.
Right click the "Microsoft Compatibility Appraiser" service in Task Scheduler Library > Microsoft > Windows > Application Experience and finish first. Then right click again and disable.
