There are a few things that can be done
1- Remove and reinsert your RAMs, it may have moved from its socket.
2- Try to turn on the computer again by disconnecting your USB Connections.
3- Make sure the video card is in its slot.
4- If none of these work, after removing the BIOS battery, wait 30 seconds and insert it again.
