You may experience such problems on sites that use invisible captcha.
Until Google does some more development, we won't be able to get rid of this problem easily.
My suggestions;
1- If the VPN is on, turn it off, usually VPN ip blocks can be blocked by robots.
2- If dynamic ip is used, it is possible that this IP address (or ip block) has been suspended by robots. Try to get a new IP address by turning your modem on and off. (Usually this problem is fixed when different IP is taken.)
3- Login to your Google account from your browser and since Google will recognize you now, it can prevent you from being blocked by invisible captcha on other sites.
4- Do a few different searches on Google, if google thinks you have a problem, it will show the I'm not a robot checkbox, if you pass this, you won't have any problems with other sites.
